However, they will need to retrain in Expert Riding in the Shadowlands to unlock Master Riding later, as it will not appear in their spellbook. The breakdown appears below:Īccording to RenataKane on Wowhead, characters who reached Expert Riding in Battle for Azeroth will maintain their flight abilities in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, even if they have not reached Level 30. Training requires a character to reach a certain level and pay a small fee in Gold to the Trainers.
Characters will need to find a Flying Trainer in the Shadowlands and train in Expert Riding to be able to ride a flying mount, then Master Riding to reach the maximum speed on a flying mount. Because of the World of Warcraft: Shadowlands level squish, Riding and Flying skill levels have changed to compensate.
